See this content in the original post

There is nothing more intoxicating than the combination of talent and physical perfection. All shame and shallowness aside, I admittedly noticed all the incredibly talented and sexy male stars populating Broadway shows this spring and decided to parlay those observations into blog entry where I get to extoll their virtues, celebrate their talents, and share some pretty pictures of them with my readers. So, just for you (okay, for me, too), here are ten talented and sexy Broadway men to add some heat to your frosty winter days.

Brandon Leffler Wicked
Brandon Leffler is an amazing dancer who showed off his talents in the recent On the Town revival, danced beautifully in the Off-Broadway revue Trip of Love where I witnessed him step-in for one of the leads on several occasions, and who is now appearing in the ensemble of Wicked.

Telly Leung In Transit
I’m an enormous fan of Telly Leung: his talent, his generous spirit, and his always winning smile. Though his recent marriage has taken him off the market, we all adore him so much that we couldn’t be happier for him. He is currently appearing in In Transit and is readying to transfer to Aladdin where he will be playing the title role.

Jordan Fisher Hamilton
Remember that cute guy who sang “Those Magic Changes” in Grease Live! last year, blowing the rest of the cast out of the water with his charm and his mellow voice? Jordan Fisher that up-and-coming talent and you can currently catch him playing John Laurens and Phillip Hamilton. We look forward to what this talented heartbreaker has in store down the road.

Derek Klena Anastasia
Handsome and possessing a powerful voice, I first found myself enamored with Derek Klena when I caught him as the son in The Bridges of Madison County. He is currently preparing for the opening of Anastasia where he will play Dmitry, making this must-see musical of the spring an even more of a must-see event of the season.

Brandon Victor Dixon Hamilton
Hamilton continues to do amazing business, even though most of the original cast has left the show. Brandon Victor Dixon, who is now playing the role of Aaron Burr, just overflows with vocal talent and seethes with a masculinity that is sure to excite many audience members. Never have knee breeches and powdered wigs been so sexy.

Jake Gyllenhaal Sunday in the Park with George
Who would have thought that this longtime movie star would someday become the exciting new Broadway musical star? After impressing audiences in concert versions of Little Shop of Horrors and Sunday in the Park with George, and now he is readying to star in a full production of the latter. The recent music video of “Finishing the Hat” is solid proof that this handsome gentleman is a welcome addition to the Broadway crowd.

Corey Cott Bandstand
This adorable star of Newsies and Gigi is now on his way to Broadway in the new musical Bandstand. His high-energy performances and his energizing tenor are just two reasons to get excited about seeing Corey Cott in a new Broadway musical. He recently got married, so let us all remember to admire him from a distance.

Bobby Conte Thornton A Bronx Tale
Making his Broadway debut in the musical version of the film A Bronx Tale, Bobby Conte Thornton is a steaming, statuesque actor who also happens to be giving a memorable performance in this new musical. It will be interesting to watch where his career goes. If his performance of the song “One of the Great Ones” is any indication, his next stop is the stratosphere.

Andy Karl Groundhog Day
He’s been around for a while, but he is always one of the most talented members of any ensemble he is in. Andy Karl has appeared in, among other things, The Mystery of Edwin Drood and Rocky.  Now this classically chiseled Broadway star is prepping to play the lead in Groundhog Day. What is even more exciting is that Karl is an amazing actor and it is always a treat to see how he evolves each of his characters.

Josh Groban Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812
No list of Broadway hotties of this season is complete without including music superstar Josh Groban who has come to Broadway in Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812. Imagine a Valentine’s Day where those lovely pipes exhale a song a song that washes over you. Josh Groban is no stranger to Broadway music, often including it in his repertoire and having also appeared in a concert version of the musical Chess.
